2Subscription Plans

Dronacharya.ai offers the following types of subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic access with limited features. No payment required.
  • Monthly Subscription: Full access to all features, billed monthly.
  • Annual Subscription: Full access to all features, billed annually at a discounted rate.

All paid subscriptions are non-refundable after the cooling-off period, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

37-Day Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for all new subscriptions. During this time, you may request a full refund if:

  • You have not accessed more than 10% of the platform's content
  • You have not downloaded or printed any study materials
  • You have not completed any practice tests or assessments
  • Your account has not been flagged for suspicious activity

To request a refund during the cooling-off period, please contact us at support@dronacharya.ai with your order details.

4Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a billing error.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a subscription was purchased without your authorization (subject to verification).
  • Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a significant portion of the service you subscribed to without providing an alternative of equal value.

5Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After the 7-day cooling-off period has expired
  • If you have accessed more than 10% of the platform content
  • For promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified otherwise)
  • If your account was suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
  • For partial months or unused portions of a subscription
  • If you change your mind after the cooling-off period
  • For exam results or performance outcomes
  • If the refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase

6Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team at support@dronacharya.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

Processing Time:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days

7Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Important points to note:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions cannot be converted to monthly after purchase
  • Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within 30 days with previous data intact

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription, or contact our support team for assistance.

8Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide documentation to the payment provider
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • Collection actions may be taken for unjustified chargebacks

9Promotional Offers and Discounts

Special terms apply to promotional subscriptions:

  • Free trials are not eligible for refunds (as no payment was made)
  • Discounted subscriptions may have modified refund terms specified at checkout
  • Referral bonuses and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Bundle offers are subject to the refund policy of the primary subscription
